My experience with Ross was nothing but positive. He is straightforward and well-informed, providing you with various options. Ross is genuinely passionate and seems to love his trade; a trait that resonates in his work. My 1964 Conde Hermanos guitar was in good hands. I was pleased with his ability to repair the humidity cracks, dress the frets, replace the saddle, repair the bridge and find a new set of suiting tuners. Kingston Guitar Repair
Ross converted an 8 string classical guitar to a 7 string for me. He did an excellent job, followed my specs exactly, in the time frame promised and at a fair price. He then tweeked the saddle while I waited. I would certainly recommend him to anyone needing guitar repairs, and will take my work to him in the future. He also builds fine guitars, having apprenticed with Sergei de Jonge, the builder of two of my other guitars. CV
