Unless you want your car taken for a joy ride and to have to wait 3 hours for an oil change I'd highly recommend not going here. My business will never be back here again.

The service department is fantastic! I am from out of town. My check engine light came on. I pulled in about an hour before closing. They took my truck in right away and fixed it. Within 30 minutes I was back on the road. Great service!!

I live 3 hours north of this place, so it's kind of a pain in the rear to get here. I was first in the shop, the service guy was super friendly, had my appointment lined up and took the van in for service right away.I was offered his personal truck to beetle around which was super generous. I only went across the street to the grocery store, but it was a nice way to kill two birds with one stone.They couldn't fix the van unfortunately, but were able to diagnose and order the replacement parts which means another full day wasted down there is coming up, however their customer service is making that prospect a lot more appealing. Great dealership, thanks guys!

I was on my way back to Yellowknife when I had an issue with the DEF on my truck. I called my dealer in Yellowknife to get some assistance but they were not aware of any Dodge dealer in High Level. They suggested I contact the Ford dealer who was part of their dealer group. Luckily the gentleman at the hotel gave me the name and number of the local Dodge dealer. I called them and they had me bring my truck in. Two hours later (and past their closing time) they picked me up and brought me back to the dealership to get my truck. It's the second DEF system in as many years that faulted and was replaced.The folks at Northstar went above and beyond. Customer service is obviously a priority with this dealership. I wish I could give more than five stars on this review as you deserve it. Thank you for your outstanding service.
