The place is a small family run business with an aura similar to small convenience store in the Brooklyn during the 90s. The staff are very friendly and willing to help with a lot of stuff. the product they sell are very convenient for someone who doesn't want to walk very far.

I had packages to pick up here and it was just a bad time. It was me and one other person while the other guy was given free range to look through all the packages and boxes for his item. Ill only ever come back here if I had a package to pick up.

I was told by the owner to leave and come back in an hour so that I can pick up my fedex package. It's 10:30 in the morning and they've been open since 9. I love this for me. It absolutely makes my entire weekend to know that your business hours are a bold face lie.

Not open during store hours. Waited for them to get back from break but eventually had to leave as I was freezing waiting outside. Why are they a FedEx drop off/pick up point if they’re not going to follow their own hours?

So this place says it opens at 9am, was here to pick up a package and is now 930am. And I don't live close to this place, have more respect for customers time

They weren’t kidding. This place is horrible for parcel pickup. Seriously, don’t bother. The man was nothing but rude and let me know I shouldn’t be there during the store hours because he doesn’t live in Calgary and needs to go home…

If i could give zero stars i would. This is the worst fed ex drop off and pick up location ever to exist. The store doesn't answer the phone, they do not open for the hours they are supposed to and fed ex does not seem to care despite being informed. I will likely avoid ordering from fed ex and think this store should be absolutely removed from their list of delivery spots. I have called 6 times today Nad waited outside for a full hour for the store to open from 9am to 10am.
