I have been in touch with the Ottawa Sunbelt team on numerous occasions, each time coming back thinking it would be better than the last. I guess it was my fault thinking they would improve. Two of their brokers, particularly Greg K is extremely difficult to get a hold of. He almost never responds to phone calls or emails, and when he does, its usually weeks late. Another broker by the name Chris tries to rush you off the phone, and makes the client feel like you are wasting his time. I would advise working with anyone but these two individuals.It's unfortunate that a common courtesy and complete lack of professionalism still exists today.

Greg is gem of a business broker, I was buying a business for the first time in Canada and he helped me in every step from getting the right deal to arranging the financing, he was there to guide me.
