Casey's Kitchens - Sarnia

About 11 years ago we used Casey's to renovate our kitchen and had a great experience. Laura was our hands on person who helped us with everything! She recommended a great contractor who we have used 2 more times since!!Recently we had some minor issues with a couple of doors, I reached out to Laura for feedback on what to do, and she took the time to take of the problem!! Laura is amazing! We would for sure use Casey's again!!!

My spouse and I did not end up moving forward with Casey's Creative Kitchens, however, we did work with Abbie to complete a full design for our new kitchen. Abbie was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We asked numerous questions as young home owners, and first time renovators (of this scale). Abbie was extremely quick to have renderings and responses, and helped us design a beautiful kitchen to our needs and wants. We would definitely recommend working with Casey's Creative Kitchens.Our reno is very large and involves structural changes. If you have a reno of this scale, our one piece of advice: get a contractor first! Through Casey's, you will be responsible for securing your own general contractor (and trades if the GC doesn't), and we recommend you do so before designing your kitchen. We were unable to find a contractor in a timely manner once our kitchen was designed by Abbie. This somewhat forced us to go with an alternate kitchen designer that supplies a GC with trades people. Though we are very pleased with the alternative company (another great, local business from Sarnia), we had no desire to leave Casey's.This is not a reflection of Casey's Creative Kitchen, just a lesson we learned navigating this first time experience. Abbie was extremely understanding of our decision and genuinely wished us well in our project. We hope we’re able to work with Abbie again in the future. There's no doubt Casey's Creative Kitchens can help you design your dream home, and we certainly recommend Abbie. We hope this review helps other first timers!

With the great help from Abbie, our beautiful kitchen is finished! Casey's did a wonderful job and our contractor at Home Game did an outstanding job. Two things for any renovation; on time and on budget, which they were!!!Our kitchen renovation couldn't have been smoother with the great job done by Ian and Mark from Home Game , the greatest guys this side of London. When I moved to Sarnia I needed a new kitchen, Caseys came through big time, the design was absolutely perfect for my kitchen size and my personal needs, the products were excellent and the installation was faultless and fast. Importantly the price was right.When I needed it modified to accommodate a bigger fridge once again the installation was great and timely.I can't imagine buying a kitchen anywhere else.

Lovely staff in the store. Very helpful to organize and plan your kitchen.It's the install hired company they use (as of march 2019). Our beautiful kitchen has SO many problems. From unlevel countertops to shakey cabinets because they used short screws... not little mistakes here- they are just incompetent.So don't go with caseys.They make a decent kitchen, but can't install- so many issues with it.

We absolutely love what Casey’s has done to date with our cabinet needs for our recently purchased home in need of renovations! From design to installation, to cabinet workmanship, it has been a very positive experience. Laura, as our designer, helped improve on our ideas and brought it to life – she was an absolute professional and pleasure to work with. Not only did we purchase our kitchen cabinets from Casey’s, they are also replacing our bathroom cabinets. They just installed a beautiful cabinet and pantry system in the laundry room, and an absolutely outstanding large cabinet system fitted against one wall in our master bedroom. The kitchen is next – can’t wait!!!

I highly recommend Casey's Kitchens.. at first I had a couple of concerns. However the staff were quick to come up with a resolution effectively turning my kitchen into the kitchen I wanted. Thank You Casey's Creative Kitchens and Thank You Abbey.
