I called and asked about my package which should be there. They said they don't have it, go to Burnaby. I went to Burnaby to the depot and they don't have it and told me to go back here. I'm tired of chasing FedEx packages around.

Wonderful, friendly customer service. They also graciously held a package for me when I couldn't make the pick-up date. 5 stars.

someone took the fedex delivery slip off of my door and tried to impersonate me to steal my package, but the phuong uyen folks were able to detect that something was off and refused to give them my package. they then called me to let me know of the attempted theft. thanks for the vigilance!

Very dismissive and rude person I just encountered on the phone. If you're offering a service, you must also know how to interact with ALL clients!

I missed receiving a package from purolator and came to this location for pickup. Transaction was fast and staff was polite.

Rarely leave a review on Google but have to leave one for these folks at Phuong Uyen. I have been dropping off over 15 packages monthly in 2 years for both Purolator & Fedex at this location, never disappoint! Services are nothing but insane, owners are incredibly helpful when you are concerned about your shipments.

Stopped by here to return a package to Amazon. Not only was it's closer than going to Staples, but the service was fast and friendly. I definitely recommend the shop and will for sure come here again

If you're looking for professional or reliable look elsewhere. I had a Purolator package delivered here. I wanted to pick it up on a Wednesday but when I checked their google business it said they were closed Wednesdays. I tried again on Thursday at 10AM when they were supposed to open - I waited until 10:15AM to no avail. I also noticed that the sign on the door said they were actually open on Wednesdays - inconsistent with their google business listing. When I finally got in the store itself was dirty and in disarray. To their credit they did find the parcel I was there to pick up - I was worried they wouldn't be able to find it considering the mess. Purolator should really vet businesses they work with better. I'm all for supporting small local businesses but they've gotta uphold their end of the bargain. This is not a business I will ever interact with again. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

Incredibly rude and unhelpful customer service. I called to confirm a package had arrived for my boyfriend as i needed to pick it up because he is out of town. The last number given to me on the slip from purolator was slightly unclear, but either a 1, 4 or 9. And the woman who answered the phone refused to try. She then proceeded to tell me the numbers she entered, none of which were the numbers i gave her. Like at all. She had just completely entered the wrong number entirely. She shouted at me and then hung up the phone. I waited on hold with purolator to confirm the number. And when i called back she wouldn't even take it and just shouted at me again and hung up the phone.

The owner was super kind to stay a few minutes after closing when I called to mention that I was dashing over after work. Picked up my package with no hassle!
