Set up airport car service for my mom and dad via email, as I'm in Texas, with Mark. Everything went smooth, and my folks got to and from the airport with out any complaints. I would recommend Mark and Sunset Limousine Service for airport car service. Good job and thank you Mark and Sunset Limousine.

I reached out for a quote for dual weddings, one in October and one in March. There was no follow thru after their initial response asking some further details, and when I asked again a month later, there was only a response for one of the dates and they said they were booked. I am not sure if they were booked a month earlier when I first inquired, but it was not professional in the least.

Michelle was the best team member I can imagine. I felt so welcomed and our entire group loved every second of this bachelor party.

We used sunset limo for our wedding party to travel to locations for photos. Unfortunately we didn’t have the best experience. The limo driver wasn’t very helpful when asked how to use the stereo and would not show us. Eventually the driver had music playing through their phone so every time the GPS gave directions it interrupted the music and the mood. Every time we climbed back in the limo and drive somewhere else you could not feel the A/C eventually we rolled the windows down. And finally we scheduled a town car to pick us up at the end of the night. However they showed up with a party bus with out calling or saying anything to us. Overall we didn’t have a very good experience.

Our driver (Rita) showed up on time (early, actually) and was knowledgeable and friendly. The vehicle was as described. Slightly longer than I would have liked in waiting for responses when finalizing details is the only reason it's not a 5-star.

Everything about Sunset limo was perfect. Greg was our driver. The stretch Hummer was our ride for 11 friends and the birthday girl celebrating her 50th. The Hummer was gorgeous and Greg could not have been nicer or more helpful. Fantastic! Highly recommend!!!

We needed to transport about 30 people to our wedding venue. The vehicle we wanted was not available. Mark was very accommodating and offered us other options to achieve what we needed. The day of the wedding there were some issues (our fault) that Sunset handled flawlessly. Their professionalism and flexibility helped save our special day!

This place seems very unorganized to me. I reached out for a quote and stated the number of people in my party from the beginning. I signed a contract to get an email about 2 weeks later stating they don’t have any vehicles to accommodate the number of people in my party. I asked if we could spilt the group up and get two vehicles and they told me it would be “way more money” and that they would check availability. It’s been 3 days and haven’t heard back from them. Horrible customer service!

I would highly recommend Sunset Limo! Mark was professional and it was easy to set up transportation for our wedding day. He was on time and accommodated several stops throughout the day. Big thank you!!
