I rarely write reviews, but I have been very pleased with the NW Bathworks team. They were prompt and professional when installing a new dishwasher. When an an issue recently arose with the dishwasher, they immediately called me back and problem solved the issue via phone/video even though it was the evening before Thanksgiving.

They quoted me a good price and were able to come out next day to install the water heater. All employees I spoke to were knowledgeable and professional and the one who installed was really nice and fast and also made time to explain to us what he did and how to operate our water heater. He wore a mask which we appreciated. Yes I would reccomend. There was no long sales pitch and the water heater they installed is quality. We really appreciated the no nonsense and straight to buisiness approach. Thank you for not wasting our time!

I'm writing this review using my current experience. Every time I try to call them to set up an appointment for them to install my dishwasher I get their answering machine. If they're reading this, I would appreciate a call back.
