Went here yesterday & i have a number of complaints. First i ordered a 3 piece spicy tender platter. Then when Lynette, the worker who took my order, was handing over my order she said I accidentally charged you for a 5 piece not a 3 piece do you want 5 pieces instead? I said no i want my money back (if I wanted 5 pieces i would have ordered 5 pieces). Then she called over Jeanne her manager to give my refund back. It took so long for her to try to give me my money back so I finally said just refund the full amount and then charge me the right amount as I figured she couldn’t figure out the difference. Jeanne was obviously grumpy because she started hitting the till buttons harder as if i was inconveniencing her by not wanting to stand around longer as it had already been 5+ mins of me waiting for this refund. Then we were dining in and it is freezing in the dining area. I would go somewhere else if i were you, they’re not great at customer service & food was cold.

Why? Why does it take 20-30 mins no matter what you order. I can see your piles of chicken, yet I wait.So today I used the mobile ordering, paid online, waited 20 mins. Arrived to find out they don't start making it till I arrive?! So no I sit for another 20 min wait anyway.

Went thru the drive thru. Was told had no chicken.... I had to wait 20 minutes. Waited 53 minutes in total to get chicken at a fast food chicken joint. Had to walk in the store (remember I went through the drive thru!)after 45 minutes, as I was beginning to believe my order was forgotten. When I went In the restaurant , I had to wait yet another 8 minutes to actually get the chicken.It wasn't even at a busy time. 359 was when my order was placed

Normally very tasty, mistakes are frequent though.My usual is the spicy deluxe chicken sandwich. Sometimes they forget to make it spicy. Every time I have gone through drive through (probably 3 times) I have had to remind them to give me my drink.4 stars because I want the place to stay around. It’s delicious.

I bought 3pcs chicken platter today and i requested no legs for my order in drive thru. When i open my meal at home i was surprised that there is a leg in there. i don't have choice to going back there for traveling 15 mins. again.lesson learned don't trust this location they cheat you even there is a request in a receipt.never ever be comfortable when you going to this location.if there are zero star for the rate for this store that is they deserved.very disappointed!!!!

The chicken and any item in the menu was served fresh and quick. The cleanliness of the store is awesome. The follow instructions and customized my order just like how I wanted. They also have a friendly and easy going employees. I had no trouble in this branch since day one.

Seriously concerning about Popeye's food safety. Used to like Popeye's chicken. But never going back to Windermere location since we found a piece of hair stuck in between batter and chicken. We ordered 10 pieces chicken at the west location today.. There were two wing pieces and we saw feathers in both pieces.. the whole wing looks hairy.. throw them into garbage.. now we don't want to visit any of your locations..

Ordered in the drive thru. Had to wait a bit but it was not excessive. IMO this is the best chicken sandwich from the fast food chains. A soft brioche bun and a good sized chicken breast.
