After realizing my Canada Goose jacket was damaged by the Press Gallery (the dry cleaning service LUX uses), LUX fully reimbursed me for my cleaning fee and the repair on my jacket. The owner was very professional and apologetic. The customer service is unmatched.

This is the finest selection of men's consignment wear in Edmonton hands down. They have top notch goods including shirts, pants, suits, shoes and boots. High end labels only. I know this as I brought in a number of my best suits but they only picked out the best brand names. All of their stuff has been selected because its in good shape. I can't say enough about this spot in the revitalized 124 Street area of Edmonton. It's hard to recognize and parking can be challenging. But it's well worth a visit!

Great customer service, knowledgeable, and a organized clean environment is what you can expect every time you walk into Lux premium consignment market. Simon the owner goes above and beyond for his clients and makes sure you find the perfect piece for your special occasion. Him and his team just opened a store on 124st in a newly renovated Historical building development. I highly recommend checking them out!

Tried the drycleaner service here. Good work by the Press Gallery but was overcharged, as the store sent out the cleaning on the wrong code. Paid 50% more than I should have. When I mentioned to the store there was no recourse offered. I don't feel like this was a great experience and I will look for an alternative.

Quietly tucked away in the newly renovated epcor brick building off of 124 street and 107 Ave. (Same building as Irrational Brewing) Hand picked second hand men's consignment boutique. Not to be missed. Great, helpful staff and some really nice finds in a small space. Highly recommend. Stand outs include great dress shoes, lots of dress shirts and plenty of designer jeans at good price.

Amazing customer service and extremely kind, low pressure but super helpful. Only top notch stuff and they are definitely super picky about what they take in to consign (in the best way). All the stuff in there was super clean and pretty much brand new. Thank you!

Selection is excellent and the service is top notch, expect to be well taken care of. Edmonton desperately needs more of this type of thing, and these guys are executing at a high level. Prices on some items are shockingly good, and everything is in like-new condition. Merchandising is tasteful and well done, the store always looks great. A welcome addition to the area in an already excellent building.
