When in to grab it early lunch and waited for about 5-10 minutes after I walked around the building because the other door was locked and they didn't really have a sign that said what direction to walk. Didn't even order food didn't see anybody in the back and there's a guy sitting at a table pushing buttons in the computer

I'm so generous give this place a 1 star. I went there with my teenage daughter at 5pm drive thru. Nobody serve, we drove to the window...there are 3 employees in there. Nobody looked at us. I parked my car and went inside. Only one guy standing in front of the cashier. No one came to him and he was mad, because his friends who were sitting were done eating. He was still waiting for his sandwich I don't know for how long he's been waiting for it. After this guy served 10 min later. We stand there ..and wait to be served..they saw us say nothing and started to served the drive thru ( 2 cars !! ) . They looked at us again and didn't say anything, no smile. Cold !!!. We were still waiting. My daughter refused to leave.. and we stil waiting...until more than 30 min, 3 more people came and stand behind me. Nobody greet and serve. Finally we left after almost 40 min. We were so mad but they ignore d us being mad and we. went to McDonald's in Walmart and we served right away. I won't go back to that BK again. I will go to BK at Coquitlam Mall instead. Even our house just 2 min away from there. So disappointing. I should video tape it. Seriously...it's 40 min waiting.

Do u serve customers at counter??? No one at counter to take order for about 5-6 minutes. Staff too busy to do drive thru. Not impressed . No worries there is so many other competitors nearby

Great location and much better than other fast food options in the area (ie A&W and Five Guys). Quick staff and you can tell the food hasn’t just been sitting around (fries and onion rings are always hot).

See pic showing the quality of food in this restaurant. Spoiled lettuce in all 4 sandwich that we ordered.Also, This Burger King in Port Coquitlam needs to teach their staff how the customer service should be in Canada.Waited 15 min in parking for 4 sandwiches that ordered in drive through. When a young lady brought our food with no ketchup that was asked to add before, I asked her to give us some. She returned with 3 ketchups ( for 4 sandwiches) .When I asked why it’s only 3, she said” oh you need more? Ohhh ok ”. She didn’t even bother to apologize.

At 4/12/23 near 5:20 pm I ordered an angry whopper, poutine, and jalapeno cheese bites. When I came home I opened my bag to see I was missing my jalapeño cheese bites. Sad day. Never coming back here again.

Burger King is my favorite burger joint, but unfortunately, my experience at this location has been less than satisfactory. Despite using the mobile app to order my food in advance and selecting a specific pick-up time to fit into my busy schedule, my food is consistently not ready when I arrive. It's frustrating to see that the staff only starts preparing my order after I've arrived at the store, which defeats the purpose of using the app. As a result, I'm often left waiting around and rushed during my lunch break. Despite my love for Burger King, I may have to consider going elsewhere for the sake of convenience
