Great experience with customer service here a while ago when I went in. The foundation I loved was discontinued unfortunately, and Jumar helped me. He went above and beyond. He took the time and helped me find an amazing new one that I loved and use all the time. It’s rare to find people in retail these days who actually care and are passionate about their job. I also called the store and let the manager know how happy I was. :)

The location is easy to find, just on the corner of 400 and Highway 7.The store was a bit busy when I stopped by on a Saturday but they had enough employees to assist all the customers with questions.The 2 ladies that helped me were friendly and knowledgeable.The cashier was kind and offered to sign me up for their loyalty program. She even gave me one of the complimentary birthday gift items even though my birthday was a month ago.Would recommend this location.

Walked in to return a perfume i had purchased online , Jamar helped me find not 1 but 2 options for my wedding perfume and i felt in love with the new scents he brought to me, some of these ive never even heard of and i ended up purchasing both as well.He is amazing and i think that there should be more beauty consultants like him !

When I walked in with my wife it took forever for anyone to even acknowledge us. Everyone was just standing around chatting. We tried asking for help and we were told someone would come to help us but nobody came for 15 mins. Not what I expected and will be going to a different location.

Came by a while ago, was shopping at Sephora for the first time with my mom and everyone was so nice! A girl came to help find my shade for a rare beauty concealer and she was super friendly and helpful, she was just awesome. Will definitely be back, experience was great, WOO HOO!

I was so excited when this location was opened. Unfortunately, their stock is so limited, and there are lots of brands that have not been filled yet. I went there a few times to get what I need, but there were not available due to their very limited stock or it was from a brand which they have their shelves and couple of products, but rest of their products are still missing after all these months after their opening.

Had a minor complication with a return(my fault) and Cole was absolutely amazing and rectified the issue for me with a great attitude. He explained everything very clearly and was full of information! Have always had a great experience here!!

This experience was amazing. I went in with a list and questions. The first person I asked had the perfect associate who was excited to help me. She made suggestions and helped me troubleshoot. It was an expensive trip, but I got everything I needed and info to help up my makeup game! I feel so beautiful and put together now!!

Was at Sephora the other day had to get all new makeup to be a bridesmaid, the employee Emma was super helpful! Picked out the perfect shade of foundation and helped me pick out all the perfect colours for my skin tone! I looked flawless for the occasion!!!! So grateful!!!!

I had never shopped at Sephora before, as I know nothing about makeup but was given a gift card as a gift. I was very stressed out with all the options and products, but Jumar helped me and he was amazing! He showed me options of what I was looking for, chose my perfect colors on the first try and explained to me how to properly use the products. 10 out of 10 employee!!! Absolutely made my experience wonderful!!
