Mediocre at best.We got a glued down vinyl to replace a floating laminate floor. Sales were responsive, accommodating, and they got us a quote quickly.Issues came from their subcontractors. The estimator was a subcontractor, and the quote included certain materials. The subcontracted installer had no contact with the estimator and despite being written in the quote did not use all the correct materials.For example ugly metal transitions we used (quote said unstained oak) and incorrectly stained wood trim pieces were used against the very differently stilled staircase railings (quote again said unstained).The original floor went under the stacked washer and dryer, the installer originally thought it was OK to leave the original floor under it and simply cut the new vinyl to fit around the exposed original laminate at the front which looked terrible.Some HVAC vents would not fit in the openings the installer cut in the vinyl or quarter-round was in the way or nailed over top of the vent cover.Many trim pieces were poorly cut, some huge gaps were left, things were obviously out of square in many places.Some damaged vinyl boards were installed or damaged after install and not replaced without a fuss.The most egregious issue was the amount of glue that ended up on the surface of the floor. We’ve spent hours of work over the past few months and still it’s visible in many places. The installer made it like it wasn’t a big deal, said it would come off easily, this is *not* the case.Basically watch the installation like a hawk. We were out of town which was a huge mistake. After fighting with them most of the issues were rectified to some degree. It was a painful process. The overall workmanship was poor and communication was rude. Extra money was borderline extorted out of us with some BS stories about mistakes in the quote and miscommunications between sales and subcontractors.You’re rolling the dice with these folks.

Hardwood was excellent quality! We dealt directly with Ratish, and he was very responsive and knowledgeable. Everyone from sales staff to installers were professional and super friendly! Excellent service!!

Ratish and Ahmed were very helpful and were able to provide my wife and I good value/quality for our flooring project in our new home.

So far, so good. We got a competitive price for the same product being sold elsewhere. The salesman was helpful and friendly. We have not taken possession of our new flooring yet, so I'll come back and update at a later date.

We have visited this store several times and always come back due to the selection and prices. Making our first order now and have been very impressed with the customer service! Fully recommend!

Great experience at this store. Ratish is a great salesman and knows about flooring. I highly recommend coming here to buy floors. Side note we use our own installers so have no feedback on that area!

When service is amazing, I have to let others know! Someone suggested that I have a look at this show room. A decision I have not regretted. This word of mouth referral exceeded my expectations of Ottawa Flooring Liquidators. I had shopped around and their prices could not be matched. Aside from the cost ( and money is very important these days), the service could not be beat. Friendly, courteous and knowledgeable sales associates. Samir always served me with a smile and went above and beyond to answer my questions. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Thumbs up, way up!

Good prices but poor management and quality assurance. I purchased just under $6000 worth of engineering hardwood and upon further inspection, I found four boxes worth of inferior wood planks that were either several shades too dark or had a blue streaks embedded into the stain. While they assured me they would take care of everything, I was notified that the colour variation was within a reasonable threshold and they would only replace one box for me. No manager tried to call me to discuss the issue further and they considered the matter closed.I took the initiative to contact the manufacturer and I included a few pictures for context. They reached out to me within a day and after speaking with a regional Director, they offered to make things right at no charge and agreed that the colour variation was significant and apologized for the inconvenience. 12 Oak Floors did right by me and I highly recommend their products. I won't do business with Flooring Liquidators again however.

We purchased the Grandeur Alexandra, a 7 mm Vinyl Plank after being shown the selection available at the showroom and the pros and cons of each. It was honesty upfront. The flooring was installed by OFL over two days. We are happy with our choice, OFL, and their installers. I have included a few photos of the finished product. We highly recommend Flooring Liquidators Ottawa !

Great experience so far working with flooring liquidators on colonnade. Ahmad was very quick to reply to emails and phone calls and fast at finding answers to my questions direct from the floor manufacturer of our chosen product. Pricing was excellent and the best I found in Ottawa and surrounding! Negotiating a price was not even needed as their price was far below other stores we looked at. Can’t wait to pick up our flooring this week!
