We had a sale with very little lead time and we were concerned that the deal would not go through in time. The people that were assigned to our file acted quickly and professionally and helped us navigate through the client portal. The portal allowed us to follow every step of the process and all my emails were answered almost immediately. The best part was that we were able to complete all our transactions virtually which was a huge relief during the Province wide lockdown. We definitely received good value for our money as well as peace of mind. Highly recommend Diamond and Diamond for all one's real estate needs.

For the most part it was a very efficient and professional process. They responded quickly to our inquires, which were few. The lawyer we met with to sign the paperwork got us in her calendar as soon as possible and it was done very quickly and efficiently. She was very friendly and made it easy for us. There were one or two small process steps that were missed, for example our identification wasn't uploaded to the bank but everyone was notified and responded really quickly to complete it so there was no impact to the mortgage. They started using my work e-mail instead of my personal e-mail part way through the process with no explanation so we had to correct that, wasn't a huge deal but wanted it corrected. I think these things are expected due to the speed in which they have to work. Overall it was a very good experience.

We have dealt with the law firm in the past and for current sale and purchase of our home. Michael is very knowledgeable and kind. He took the time to explain things step by step and met with us In the evening to accommodate our schedule. We primarily dealt with Lorraine who went above and beyond our expectations. She is very knowledgeable about real estate law and was able to explain things very clearly to my husband and I. We had many issues with our bank, property management and reliance with the sale of our condo and she dealt with all areas to ensure things went as smoothly as possible. Even when I was anxious and stressed Lorraine was able to explain things and all the steps she took to ensure things were done correctly. Every time I reached out to her she was available to speak to me and responded to emails within minutes.
