Can't say enough good things about this company, I am on the garden committee in our condo complex, and we used to use another company , but the technician was extremely rude and condescending insisting things were getting enough water when they obviously weren't. So we switched. This company listens . Adjusts what needs adjusting. They are polite, informative, helpful and efficient!

You wouldn't think an irrigation company would leave you high and dry but that's exactly what happened to us with Burnaby Irrigation. We signed a contract in September 2017 with Burnaby Irrigation to have an irrigation system installed on our property. The irrigation was supposed to be installed between February and April 2018. Near the middle of March we contacted the company to ask when the installation would start. They replied and said they lost workers and would not install our system. We signed the contract 7 month prior and they didn't even bother to let us know until we contacted them. They also couldn't be bothered to respond when I asked about working with them to move the completion date. They prefer to wash their hands of their commitments I guess.If you want to do business with a company that will honour its contracts and commitments, and do the right thing, I wouldn't recommend Burnaby Irrigation.

Have been using Burnaby Irrigation for the 10+ years we have been living at our place and they are always prompt year after year for spring/winter maintenance, and our sprinkler system has stayed running without a hitch.We recently required assistance adapting and troubleshooting our existing sprinkler system during a major landscaping project.Mitch and Stu came to the rescue (on short notice) to help repair a sprinkler control wire that had been nicked by a ground staple.Their quick troubleshooting skills saved the day and they made sure to assess the entire system while it was exposed, capped and relocated several heads, advised us on not trying to mix high and low pressure on the same zone, and made improvements and fixes for longevity before they were done. I have no hesitation in recommending the entire Burnaby Irrigation team - they are both highly experienced and professional -- they know their sprinkler systems! :)

Can't say enough good things about Clive and his team. This is the second time we have used them, and we were so happy with their service, we offered to pay them more, as we felt like we got such a deal. Being who Clive is, he refused. You can't go wrong with these guys, with price, quality of install and service.

Burnaby Irrigation LTD
Burnaby irrigation installed the sprinkler system for our 73 unit condo building. They have since come back time to time to help with optimizing the watering. Always very courteous and professional. Highly recommend.
