Experience was ok but the store needs a little more work done to it. My mother and I came here to buy chicken from their meat section. The problem was that we took a number from their machine to wait our turn but the number that said who they were serving was wrong. The man was confused as to who he needs to serve first which caused delays for people. The workers need to keep on top of who they need to serve so people can get on with their day. However everyone was nice and friendly.

HiI'm posting this for meat section onlyCouple of guys in meat section are not politeYesterday I went there and ask for something in a specific quantity but the person who served me gave me more.When I ask the person that I only needed a specific qty. he looked at me, then turn around and simply ignore my question.This is the second time I had to buy something in urgency from their meat section and it was bad.My always to go place for meat is Minha Halal Meat - Mississauga" polite and friendly guysThanks"

I went to this place to get halal meat yesterday. I placed my order after a long wait of 45 minutes. After that, I loudly and clearly placed my order and the guy nodded yes to my order. When I reached home and checked my order it was incomplete and some items were missing. This happened to me second time and I am not very happy with the service. The people in meat department are super lazy and they understand what a customer is ordering. Please work on that otherwise you will lose lots of customers.

Never had a bad experience in the store but it’s chaotic. Unless you are a regular customer you won’t find things easily. A little more organization is needed. They need to add more cash registers as well, the lines get too long sometimes.

I purchased bread today and found fungus on it. This is the second time I have experienced this issue with products from Pak Food. It is important for people to be cautious when purchasing items from this store. We didn’t realize that breads have fungus we eat and get sick. We intend inform about the incident Health Canada.

I am changing 5 star to 2 star just because day by day thier customer service is going very low. They literally don't want to hear us. I had 2 bad experiences with workers I think we are not going there anymore unless it's something urgent.. prices has been increased alot where we can find same stuff for cheaper

The worst Experience ever, and I won't be going back to Pak Foods Ever again. We talk about community and going to small business to to support the grow but when it comes to return they ask us what was wrong in it and can't help In giving a refund or exchanging same stuff. Although I had the recieptHealth and safety should inspect the fruit and vegetables in Pak Foods. You lost a loyal customer today and this feedback will go in my friends and family circle as well.
