The Lotus Centre
Meranda Squires teaches from the heart, and is tireless in her work to present yoga together with its oft-forgotten Indian roots. Anyone curious about the mental and spiritual dimensions of yoga practice, or in the philosophical traditions behind its emergence, would do well to pay Meranda a visit.

I have been studying yoga through Meranda since 2017 and keep coming back. By far she is the most knowledgeable yoga teacher and spiritual guide in traditional yoga in Atlantic Canada.

So glad to have been able to drop in for a class. The teacher is very well practiced and knowledgeable.The drop in rate was $15 and she had extra mats. I left feeling very well.

Meranda is one of THE most knowledgable Yoga and Meditation teachers in the province. I spent a year studying under her which has opened many new pathways internally for me. Learn to navigate the body, mind and spirit from a very authentic source.
