Rexall

This pharmacy is such a waste of time. I have a bi-monthly prescription, and every time I go they act as if it's my first time going there. I have been to many pharmacies in my life and most of them will either have my prescription ready or call me to let me know it's ready for pick up. I have to call this rexall every month and remind them, and every time I go I wait for at least 30 minutes. Also, this one lady that works there openly gossips about people and their prescriptions, and I overheard them talking about me and my prescription. I felt so uncomfortable and have changed from this pharmacy. My new pharmacy is much further from my house, but at least I get treated like a human being, and they text me when my prescription is ready. Do not waste your time here. (There is one pharmacist that works there and he's actually really nice and always sparks up a conversation).

They only nice to you when you buy something, not if you go back and asked them something missing on item you have paid for, two lazy cashiers there today they just ignore me , bad experienced for me, not a happy customer here

DO NOT GO! Do not plan and book anything based on them! Super disappointed! First of all the email I received was 2 King St W Hamilton and when I went there, nothing! I had to check the postal code to find the correct address!And I read the site and it says they can provide travel PCR test results in 24-48 hours and I booked it! But when I went there they said it takes minimum 48 hours!!!I had to cancel that appointment and call everyone I know to find a place to give me a quick appointment!!

Come in occasionally as Im not usually in Jackson Square. Cashiers at main entrance are fine, half friendly but not rude...Ive got several types of bad anxiety so I dont mind the lack of small talk.Last time I dealt with the pharmacy was about 4 years ago, few times asked them a question I found rhem rude and dismissive. I would never get my prescriptions.3 stars for the decent cashiers.

Staff are always so kind and helpful! Have seen some pretty awful customers in there and they keep it all together. Bravo!

Fully stocked and great sales and great pharmaceutical help

Went to store on 28th march in the afternoon.Two old ladies at this store were so rude, followed me everywhere, looking at my handbags and giving me these weird looks, making faces at me,made me super uncomfortable.Wanted to spend some money but changed my mind, the young Asian girl was so helpful though.The manager needs to know the behaviour of the staff how they are treating customers. Sometimes it’s the behaviour you show which affects the sales, because so many good people out there who donot deserve this humiliation.Know lots of crazy people out there but not everybody is same.

The lady at the pharmacy counter with glasses is very arrogant and shouts at her colleagues.Also gives us angry looks while we stand in line waiting. The asian girl was very helpful and friendly.
