once they understood what i wanted, they were quite helpful. Returning/exchanging was no problem. Wait time for my order took longer than expected by half a week however ( was told would be 14 days including 10 business days but took 19). They have a wide variety of electronic products that are specialized products for farmers mainly.

Sent tester to be repaid. They said it was none repairable, so that’s fine they sell me a refurbished one and it gets here and doesn’t work. That’s ok to so long story short get a refund and find out they over charged me on my first invoice thankfully I asked for a refund and that’s when the found there mistake. Finally got a full refund and call to order a brand new one from labtronics and find out that they won’t deal with this company anymore so DON’T send you testers here deal directly with labtronics directly.

i had baler monitor for a jd566 repaired for cost of arounrd 900.00 worked for about 400 bales doing same thing as it was before it was fixed very poor customer service no warranty
