Horrible experience. Purchased battery there. Completely dead less then a month over 6 month warranty. wouldn’t replace or give me a discount. I called manager and had to leave a message as they didn’t pick up. Message indicated i would like a replacement or discount as battery should last longer then six months. I also stated my displeasure with customer service and would not be recommending a1 to anyone. Manager called back after 30 min and said nothing they could do, then started berating and talking over me on phone saying i was making fraudulent claims. What an a hole. I won’t be doing anymore business with them and don’t recommend anyone to do business with them either. Less the one star.

Was told part would have no rust but when received it had the same problem the one I had did. Requested pictures but was refused them… was assured the part would be checked over. Called manager who was aggressive and not help. First time I’ve used A1 and it will be the last. I drove 6 hrs to pick up the part. Could have been avoided if Steve had done his job!

Polite and can always get what I need or advice on where else to get it if not available currently.

A1 Automotive sells used OEM parts at a significantly lower cost. They also provide a 90-day warranty on most parts. I am really happy with my purchase.

Unfriendly front desk staff and horribly disorganized. Went in to get some parts that I ordered and wasn't even off the car yet. I'm also a gay man who works on my own cars and felt judged the minute I started interacting with these people. The manager seemed very indifferent to his staff and I feel bad for anyone who has to work here. It's a bottom line kind of business and they aren't afraid to make it obvious. To be noted: Definitely call ahead before picking up your order. All in all there are better places to do business than A1 and don't expect to be treated like a valued customer if you don't fit their vision of the ideal customer

THIS PLACE IS A TOTAL SCAM, SELLING DEFECTIVE PARTS.THEY REQUEST DESPOSITS IN TO BANK ACCOUNT SO YOULL NEVER GET YOUR MONEY BACK. BIG RED FLAG. AVOID!!!!

Upfront, this company was amazing; Do anything for you ; tell you that the motor is in perfectly working condition and can’t sell it to ya if it’s not up to snuff .But once you purchase that motor though and it’s gone “ @ a premium cost at that” ; it’s every excuse in the the book why they don’t have to do anything about it because they knew the motor was shipped out of province and never to come back because of the cost. Motor arrives and you find issues with the motor and it should not of been sold with out these issues brought to your attention (some I understand is not an easy visual)Perfectly working inspected motor they said with the head gaskets gone (very easily noticed as a visual) and other expensive repairs like exhaust valves dropped and valve guide repairs where machining is needed. All that stuff brought to their attention and not the cent would be pulled from their hands against it ;and they tell ya it’s not going to be because they can take the motor back and sell it to another person that probably don’t know any better.Great place to buy for sure…

Very very bad experience I will never buy here again. I phoned for a part was told I had to pay over the phone with my credit card which I did quoted $75 for my part. The next I got a call stating the part was no good no charges were applied to my card..ok.. so.. I like dat my bank transaction and a charge from A1 automotive was out through for $115.00. Upon calling back I was told nope. No charges. We're through. Meanwhile I'm looking at my statement telling different called bank and confirmed yes they did charge my card 115$. I again phone a1 told again no charges out through but... Let's have a look they say.. 5 minutes later I am told the salesman put another customers part through on MY CARD. obviously this is a VERY SHADY transaction and very very poor diligence and incompetence on the Salesman I was given the excuse" was end of day didn't notice. That is 100% unacceptable in everyway. Had I if not noticed I would have paid for a unknown part for an unknown person almost double the original price quoted to boot.!! Further more the salesman was rude and unapologetic and even have the excuse ahhh we all make mistakes... and was not being responsible in taking the blame of his error.again 100% unacceptable ! I was also told that the reverse will take upto 48 hours leaving me with out that money for there incompetence !! Never again buying here and WARNING IF YOU DO OAY CLOSE CLOSE ATTENTION TO YOUR TRANSACTIONS AND GIVING YOUR CARD NUMBER OVER THE PHONE. Absolutely ridiculous for a "professional" buisness"
