I have brought two vehicles to Active G&R on Mary St and both experiences were fantastic. They were attentive and efficient. The price is fair and they are very courteous. Eric at the front desk is great to deal with! The other staff have also been very professional. Will continue to bring my vehicles here.

Quick service. Both Technician and front desk take the time to explain the issue and come up with a solution. No pressure to buy any service which is fantastic. The choice is yours after being properly educated on the problem. I come here with both my cars for simple problems or regular maintenance. Always leave with a solved problem or closer to finding a solution.

A++ service. Called ahead and made an appointment and they were ready right away when I came in. Really friendly and knowledgeable staff. They didn’t try to upsell me anything I didn’t need and gave me lots of great info. The vehicle inspection report they sent to my phone while I waited is awesome. Waiting room was clean, spacious. 150 bucks for a new fuse that I told them it was probably the issue. mechanic was a cool dude though. used my fuse too.update:When my hands are tied because its snowing, getting dark, have dim headlights so highbeams are required when its really dark, and Im about to make a 2 hour trip back to school, I cant really say no. Agreeing does not mean its a justifiable price for the service that was done. ALL that was done when it came to wiring was move the wires of the after market foglights out of the way because they were an eyesore and replace a fuse. non of which required an hour or took an hour to do. the fuse for the highbeam isnt even in the engine bay, its in the cabin. I never said I didnt agree to your terms. All i am trying to say is that the service didnt deserve to be 150 dollars.

I had four new tires installed and a complete brake job, pads, rotors. No issues. Ace and his crew are #1!

Greetings, I made an appointment to obtain a 4-Wheel Alignment for Dodge Caravan. The alignment was commendably executed on account of the fact that I received the statistical analysis, and data on a printout. At that time was I was informed that I would be needing 2 suspension frontStruts. I received a estimate, which was superlatively well done then. Also asked to change all 3 wiper blades for the vehicle. Which was splendidly done.The next day whilst driving on the highway at Toronto, the passenger side wiper blade flew off its arm, within 5 minutes of raining, I pulled over to the shoulder, and was able to install the old one from the day before, luckily then for me.I called telephonically, and spoke telephonically with the Ace of Cruz. I, I asked for a resolution, which was that I would go an Active Green and Ross location at Toronto, to install a wiper blade.Therefore, I was extremely satisfied by the superlativeness of Veronica whilst at the location, for she was very thoughtful, and thorough in explaining what wss needed for my Van. Ace Cruz, he was beyond reproach, and compare whilst resolving the issues at hand.Therefore, this location is superlatively superior, and sublime at supplying superior service on behalf of the client.They are wholly commendable and highly recommendable, henceforth, and futuristically thus then.
