Absolutely thrilled they provide both sanitizer and disposable gloves at the entrance and enforce their use with every customer. The entire shop has arrows for traffic flow, too. Everything was spick and span and staff were in evidence cleaning and sanitizing during my entire visit. Very well stocked, including many organic and / vegan options. Two thumbs up!

Great product, excellent and entertaining staff! Never in my life did I think I would be so entertained by an enthusiastic 16 year old rocking the late shift at Bulk Barn. Kids a comic genius and hero! 5/7, perfect score!

MUST CHECK YOUR PRICES BEFORE BUYING. I was in disbelief after shopping in-person for the first time in a long time, due to COVID. I bought nutritional yeast for the first time in a while and it seemed much more expensive than I remembered. I double checked the price: $44.87/kg (kg's are not my thing for food so that's $20.35/lbs...and see below for the updated and even further inflated price!). That seemed crazy but I couldn't recall the previous prices I paid so bought it anyway. Both Fortino's and Goodness Me now sell for $9.99/Lbs...in other words, less than half. On a positive note, the staff were very helpful and even confirmed that the price was correct and had been increased. On another positive note, the description on the website indicated that the B12 it contained was produced by natural fermentation, which is excellent and the more desirable form. Nothing said about the other vitamins so I'm guessing they are added (therefore it is likely partially fortified). I will check with Goodness Me (Natural/Organic food store) and if the same or better (ie. Non-fortified/no synthetic additives or vitamins) then I am decreasing this review to 3 stars due to the (much higher) price. BUT, if their nutritional yeast is fortified ie. added synthetic vitamins/B12 then I may increase to 5 stars as that would mean Bulk Barn nutritional yeast is superior. Stay tuned...So just checked with Goodness Me and their nutritional yeast ($9.99/lbs vs $20.35/lbs at Bulk Barn.) is an active yeast" which is NOT fortified at all. Apparently

wery wery beautiful shop.It was the first time my wife took me here and I really liked it. There are all kinds of spices. Spice world is in this shop. All the flavors of the world are here. I have added many pictures and videos for you to see. You can find a spice confectionery or product of your own, no matter which country in the world you are from. I have never seen so many varieties together. Especially those who cook their own meals at home, you should definitely stop by here. You will not regret it. You will want to come for every meal.

Great place to find anything you need for cooking/baking/party! Very clean store. Friendly staff. Love being able to bring my own containers again!

Very cleanly place with knowledgable staff. I have been going to this location for 2-3 years, and the policies implemented to work around the COVID changes, while tedious, help ensure me that everyone including both customers and staff are being safe. I have been about 4 times in the last month and almost all my experiences were beyond positive. Two of my helpers Kyle and Griffin were extremely kind, well aware of the differences between similar products, and demonstrated a high degree of professionalism given the current circumstances. However, during my last visit I was with a gentleman, who while very talkative and friendly, didn't seem to fully grasp the severity of the current situation (such as walking close to other customers and having noticeable holes in gloves).

Super clean and organized. Have general concerns about buying in bulk, in particular with the heightened measures for cleanliness during a pandemic. The staff were super friendly and helpful - obviously care about their business. It’s clean and they stay on top of making sure it stays clean — This location is not the closest one to me but I’ll definitely give this location my business in the future. Impressed.

Bulk barn is great, you can get so many pantry goods at a fraction of the cost.You can make your own peanut butter there, buy essential oil and supplements, buy cake making supplies. And of course there’s rows of treats that feel like you’re at your childhood corner store!
