Edit - I had left a poor review earlier this week when after years as a client at this company I thought my annual rate was going to increase too much. The company representative reached out and really took the time both to listen to my feedback and offer a much more reasonable solution for the upcoming year, which I have gratefully accepted. I feel satisfied with their customer service and grateful that they were committed to resolving the issue with me. Thank you, Payment Evolution, for doing the right thing by me and my small business.

Called in for support a few times, it's hit or miss... Depending on the agent who takes the call, the support personel can very dismissive and unhelpful. ROE and CRA reporting functions don't seem to work. I canceled due to that. realized major change in fees (more than 4x more than initial subscription!) without proper notice or alert. Was not a good experience, did not save me time or money in the long run.

My business used payment evolution for 7 years, and they were great up until this year. There were a number of recent pricing and policy changes that were not rolled out effectively or in a transparent manner, and it has been very difficult to deal with customer service to fix any issues.Really unfortunate that what was a great product has changed so drastically. We've moved on to to another software that is much more user-friendly. I would definitely not suggest signing up with Payment Evolution.

I have used them for a long time to manage my payroll. With all there changes I switched over to them managing payments to employees and remiting my payroll tax. The process was not smooth. I was locked out overseas, they missed paying my first remitance and the data for the first payroll is nowhere to be found.
