Highly recommend Steam-Care Mobile Carpet Cleaning! Had a liquid #2 doggy accident all over two upstairs bedrooms and hallway. Cavin, the owner, provided an accurate quote within 10 minutes of me texting and was able to come within 24 hours. He offered advice of what to spray in the meantime, to give the stains the best chance of not setting in the light beige carpet. Cavin not only got all of the stains out- and there were many as it was a spray" everywhere kind of situation- but he overdelivered by taking care of any surrounding areas

Cavin does the best job ever, takes such pride in what he does, came back 2nd day, as our carpet was very dirty, even left a brush for our drill to use for the week, very knowledable , gave all kinds of helpful hints what to do and not to do, wonderful to work with, respectful , and kind, would highly recommend his company for everyone to do your carpets, floors , etc....

We have been fortunate to have known about and used Steam Care Mobile Service with Cavan Jones for several years.It is such a great service as your home smells fresh and clean and each rug , despite the age of the rug or the amount of wear it receives, comes back to life in every way.Particularly we have had serious stains removed and that is always such a relief!Usually within a few days one can book an appointment and expect prompt and professional help .Will always highly recommend Steam Care and the owner Cavan Jones.

My berber carpet looked like the only solution was to rip it out and replace . Cavin spent extra time and the results were amazing. My stairs have berber carpet also and came out so bright.Area rug looks like new. Thank you Cavin . I will be sure to recommend you to friends and family.
