Came in looking for some tools which they ended up not having. While this was not their problem since they are a wholesaler, the staff member was very helpful and pointed me to a few other electrical supply stores nearby, and even gave advice to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for.

Was happy with the service here in the previous years, but recently visited this location to be disappointed with the service at the front desk. All I came to pick up was 30 ft standard 2 wire 17 gauge cord and the lady I was being helped by didn’t seem to even want my business by the way she was responding to my needs. She ended up telling me that they don’t have what I’m looking for...
