This place is ridiculous I called for a tow broke down , and apparently they only tow 9-5 , like emergency’s don’t happen in the other 16 hours in a day , and after reading reviews of the bad it’s starting to show what kind of company I tryed for a tow

Got stuck the other day at a railway line at midnight..called them he took all the info and said cant help at all you have to figure it out yourself . And hung up the call. The person was extremely rude.....worst experience ever.

I called them to give one of my body jobs a tug out of someone’s yard at 6:30 pm. I gave them the exact address and easy directions, but the ignorant guy on the phone said he didn’t have a crystal ball and he wasn’t going to send a truck to tow my driver out because it was too dark. He kept saying “I need more information” over and over, then told me to call someone else, and hung up on my. The guy on the phone was either lazy, and didn’t want to go to work, or a newbie who was too scared to go out in winter. Very poor service and I’ll never call them again.

I just purchased a fully restored 1972 Dodge Dart and needed to have it hauled 60 km to my place. I was super nervous about it. Everyone said First Choice is the best around. Called them at 8am and by 9am Connor was on his way in -30 weather to the middle of nowhere to pick up my purchase. I can't say enough how amazing it was to deal with this company. Need something of value hauled? Call First Choice!!!

Responded and were at my doorstep within 15 minutes (at 8:00 AM). Fantastic customer service and the driver who towed my car was so polite and accommodating.
