This cute store is full of awesome, high-quality toys and children's products. A lot of most-haves for parents as well. I am a new mom and there isn't one thing that I have purchased here that isn't a life saver!

They ordered a replacement part for me for my child's micro mini scooter, saving me $20 in ordering it directly from Kickboard Canada, and on top of that a really nice staff member named Emily spend time helping us figure out how to install it, and even assisted put it on with us. Excellent service! We also bought some other stuff from them because they have a decent selection for young kids. Highly recommend this store!

Love this little shop. They have a fabulous range of toys for babys and toddlerswhich are perfect for learning and development. You can tell that a great deal of effort has gone in to the product selection and there are some beautiful pieces that are not avaliable any where else. Robert is so helpful and I'm so excited to gift the present he helped me select for my daughter this Christmas.

Rushing to find a gift for my two yr old grandson, came across the Camelot Kids website put in an order before going to bed. In the morning read that the order was ready to be picked up. I live in Maple Ridge and the store location is an hour's drive away. I phoned and spoke to the owner and explained that it might take me a few days before pick-up due to the fact I battle Parkinson's and would have to work out a ride. He assured me the order would be waiting. We hung up and minutes later he phoned back and suggest I cancel the order and re-order adding shipping. That is what I call exceeding expectations and that kind of response creates within me an attitude of gratitude. Highly recommend you check this store out! I know that I will keep going back. Paul

Horrible experience here. I have shopped here lots in the past and enjoyed the products and staff, but yesterday I had a bad experience from the owner. I was trying to park my stroller out of the way so I could buy a gift for my daughter and the owner rudely barked at me that I was in his way. I went back to get his name and was surprised to learn he was the owner. I expressed my disappointment and stated I would not be returning and his reply was Good!"What a horrible way to treat customers! I will be spreading my experience amongst my large community of local mom's as well."
