Swiss Chalet
Food is pretty consistent and good at this location. Swiss Chalet is where I grew up eating at, so it's nice to dine in once in a while for the nostalgia. Prices are reasonable and I like that they offer limited time specials which are always worth a try. Servers are efficient and know the menu well. Never disappointed in the service at this location. Overall, it is nice to come here when I am craving something hearty but not too heavy - Chicken noodle soup is great!

Swiss Chalet
We are regulars at this Swiss Chalet and keep coming back because of the staff. It is usually Kitty or Frankie that serve us and we always get great service from them! We look forward to seeing them and I am amazed at their memories on what we like! As the old TD commercial used to say.. It:s the People that make the Difference.. and that is especially true in this case. Great place to come for a good, reasonably priced meal with great service.

Ordered the sliced beef on a bun with mayo and au jus - fries on the side - everything was hot, fresh and delicious. The garden greens on the side were crisp and chilled. My mom ordered the ribs (7) - hot and tender with fries and chilled creamy coleslaw. I started my meal with a spicy Caesar ... just the right amount of spice! Sherry, our server, was a delight! Service was prompt, comfortable and accurate. We arrived at 7pm on a Friday evening - no line up - seated immediately. A great way to end our busy day.

A large family style rotisserie chicken place, special promotions are always a nice treat for us, tasty succulent tender chicken with fresh fries, dipping sauce goes great with the meat and fries, extensive menu mainly based on rotisserie chicken, but also has great BBQ ribs, sandwiches and wraps. Fast efficient service with helpful staff.

Haven’t had Swiss Chalet for awhile & thought to give it a try at this location. A huge but quiet restaurant...only les than 5 tables occupied for lunch....which is kinda nice. Friendly staff but Slow service. No complaints about the foods we ordered as we didn’t have much expectations. A relaxed afternoon.

Food and service were both great! Kitty was a great server. However, unfortunately they no longer have their warm apple pie with ice cream. That used to be one of my favourites. And the spinach dip is also no longer on their menu. Great food otherwise though.

Best Swiss Chalet in the GTA in my opinion. We always dine-in and never have had an issue with our meals or staff. Staff is always friendly and even when they are very busy, there never seems to be a long wait. We typically get Kitty as our waitress, she is great! And the food always tastes amazing! Thank you!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Swiss Chalet and was blown away by the service we received from our waitress, Kitty. From the moment we sat down, she was super polite and attentive. She was always there when we needed something and brought it to us quickly. The food was also really good, which is always a plus.But what really stood out to me was Kitty's customer service. She was always smiling and seemed genuinely happy to be serving us. She made sure to check in on us frequently and made sure we had everything we needed. It was a great dining experience overall and I will definitely be returning to Swiss Chalet in the future.Overall, I had a great experience at Swiss Chalet thanks to Kitty's excellent service. She was polite, attentive, and had great customer service. The food was also really good, which only added to the positive experience. I will definitely be returning to Swiss Chalet in the future.
