Nicole was incredibly helpful and professional. I'm bought 7 additional roses this season as the roses I purchased last year bloomed incredibly. Don't hesitate plants are great. Wish my garden was bigger so I could buy more.

I started dealing with Hortico 3 years ago. I am obsessed with Peace roses. Hortico has a lovely array of top quality bare stick roses that become magnificent plants. I post them online and even a florist has complimented me. These are professional quality. The service is excellent.

I ordered from Hortico for the first time this month. My order was rapidly shipped from Ontario to New Brunswick. It was very well packaged and the plants arrived in excellent condition. Nicole of customer service was very helpful in assisting me with finding a replacement plant when something I wanted was sold out. I received two beautiful currant shrubs, two healthy and robust kiwi vines, and three ornamental grasses, all of which were difficult for me to find locally. I will certainly not hesitate to order from Hortico again.

We bought 14 bare root old garden roses about seven years ago. They've flourished - a couple look a little puny this year and may not make it, but the rest are enormous and bloom profusely, with only modest care and attention. Calls in to the office (to purchase Hortigro and anti-desiccant spray) have not been 100% reliable, but people in the office are always pleasant when you find them there! Very satisfied overall.

I contacted Hortico looking for a particular variety of phlox that I had seen on the internet. I wanted to give to friends in memory of their daughter who has passed away. Nicole at Hortico was so helpful and assured me that the plant was available even though several other garden centres and nurseries had told me that it wasn't available in Canada. Within a week, I picked up four beautiful plants. Our friends who are avid gardeners were very touched to receive the plant. It will have a special place in their garden as well as in ours. Thank you so much!

Received a wonderful order last year for a number of rare perennials I couldnt find anywhere else. Just ordered again this year and its been another great experience. Very friendly cusomer service who kept me informed on the status of my order, and for the second time I received large, well packaged plants in great shape. Lousy. Took our deposit for bareroot roses and promised delivery in September/October. Didn't ship until middle of december, when it was too late to successfully plant. We lost all of the plants. Got nowhere with them - wouldn't replace, or admit they hadn't kept their promise. Crooks.Followup: They admitted (finally, sort of) that they had not kept their word about shipping when the roses were promised - which caused all to die. What did they do? Offer to replace at half price plus shipping....and asked if we would note the date of the transaction. Dishonest and unprofessional.

Not good to deal with in any capacity. Trying to arrange pickup was a nightmare, multiple emails and phones calls, they could basically never find the order. We ordered 40 bare root roses, 15 never made it". They sightly discounted the roses since most of them were completely undersized. Just glad we found out they suck since we needed 300 more roses."
