My last cleaning experience was bad. The hygienist was rude, telling me what responsibility is. She just met me, we said maybe 5 words and the rest of the cleaning was her tell me about responsivity. Tried to call in later to talk to someone about but gave up after being on hold for 45 min.

My experience at Otter Point Dental having Dr. Lily Nguyen care for my dental needs was 10/10. Dr. Nguyen is gentle, thoughtful in explaining procedures and I could not have felt more secure and safe while in her dental chair. She is a Dentist but also a very nice human being. Her assistants are lovely and even though no one “really likes” going to the dentist, Dr. Nguyen and her professional team at Otter Point go above & beyond to make a patient feel completely looked after.

The staff are always very helpful and thorough with reminders of my appointments. Dentists, with I have been worked on by two and my hygienist, were all very professional and effective.

Old filling from 15 years came out. Called dental at 08:10 and was booked at 8:45. Out the door by 09:30. Perfect!!
