I had a beyond excellent experience with Hibbs Mechanical. They installed an AC unit in my home. Both the technicians we had were amazing. So informative about everything and extremely kind, friendly and professional. Punctual as well. Messages and communication was always very prompt. One of the best experiences I’ve personally had. I will be recommending them to family and friends and I’m glad that we were able to have such a wonderful experience!

BEWARE! Subsequent to the install of our A/C unit, the owner has ghosted us after several requests for service. Ignores messages and/or sets appointments then no-shows without a call.

Called them out for a failed furnace that they’d done the original install on. First tech was great, figured out the problem and patch fixed it while they ordered parts so at least we had heat. Several months later it packs it in again, call them back, techs dad this time, still doesn’t have the right parts but is able to at least get the blower going to circulate air in the house. They’re going to order parts ASAP and get it fixed. (Keep in mind the unit is only 9yrs old). We’re in no panic rush now because it’s summer and we don’t need a furnace so we give them time and space to get themselves sorted…fast forward over 2 months now, weather is starting to get colder, we have a toddler and still no furnace. My wife and I have both been calling for weeks now and leaving messages and nobody ever answers the phone or returns our messages…absolutely zero excuse to run a business this way. If you’re looking for plumbing or heating services, keep looking somewhere else because they’ll hang you out to dry if you can get a hold of them at all…
