Kind staff with big hearts. I dropped my wallet after purchasing my cigars here and went back to the hotel, I realized I forgot to get a cutter. Not only the staff delivered it to my hotel but gave me cedar and match to light it with. Who does that?! Amazing customer service and beyond. I can’t put into words how amazing this place is.

I picked up a cohiba ashtray and it is great. Until I researched online, then only I realized I got it for a steal! Came back second time and told the owner and he says they try to keep prices low as possible on all items. Man, after that I compared the cigars to others and indeed they were at least 2-4 bucks cheaper and some case 10 bucks. This place really does cater to the people. Please always keep your prices low! We appreciate it!

I was greeted the moment I walked in; warm, welcoming and I entered the cigar room. They let me roam about without glaring at me and allowed me to take my time and choose my cigar. I came out and the young man at the counter politely said “May I give you a few recommendations if you have the time?” to which I said yes and he showed me cheaper and newer cigars I have never heard of but apparently, they smoked as well as the one I chose. I went on my merry way and tried them all. The cigars especially the ones recommended were excellent, even better than my selection and were cheaper. Excellent customer service experience and I will definitely be coming back to pick up my new found cigars.

It’s an absolutely massive humidor they got in there with cigars. The really catch is that the cigars I picked up were fantastic. Each and every cigar had a terrific draw, lit easy and burn was good. Now that is quality I look for...

These guys have the best customer service ever. They personally delivered cigars to me when I needed them ASAP for impromptu gathering. They were probably packaged with Bovida packs so not only they didn’t dry but was in amazing condition for smoking! Thanks for saving the day guys and the cigars were amazing.

It is hard to find a shop that has limited edition cigars PROPERLY taken care of. I have bought from many other places that it was cracked at the bottom or very dry and one did not even light. 7th Trip to Casablanca, I haven’t had a single issue with a cigar and the gentlemen there really take good of their products.

I can always recommend my buddies to go here because of the folks working there. Top notch professionals always going out of their way to find your taste and catering the smokes to it. They even helped me pick out a portable humidor and cigar case for my trip to Florida. I just wanted to say the cigars made the trip dinner ever so relaxing and were amazing as you guys said it would be. Thank you for all the help.

We stopped in so my husband could get Cuban cigars as they are illegal in the states. Easily accessible off the Main Street. This store had every cigar brand imaginable and was heavily stocked. They also had the best premium brands at a decent price! It’s a small world as the owner was from the same place as my husband! They had a very nice conversation about old times as the owner was super friendly. The Cuban cigars my husband selected and smoked has an even and slow burn. The cigar was consistent throughout and there were no fillers!! Very high quality cigars here. The Cubans are a little higher priced than Dominican or Honduras but rightfully so as the taste, flavor everything is much higher quality. We purchased Montecristo #2 & #4. If you get to Toronto and you’re a cigar smoker, this is THE only place you need to go for your cigar needs!!

It is the best of the best cigar shops in town. I bought a box of Davidoffs for my dad and he was absolutely stoked. He said they had the perfect draw and were humidified to perfection. He was so impressed he wanted to stop by himself and check out the shop. Thanks guys.

I love the atmosphere here and you can definitely feel the love every time you visit. Prices are terrific especially in post-covid times where limited stock has skyrocketed most cigar shop prices I have been to. I’m really glad to see these guys are still trying to do right by their customers.
