We love stopping in Everytime we go to Toronto. Staff is friendly and very helpful. We always buy a ton of groceries we normally can't find in Windsor at a great price.

It is a total shame when you complain by email this company about spoiled tomato products and they ignore you. No more Aurora Strained tomatoes for me! I will extra for the Emma brand. You just lost a long time buying customer.

No stars at all.I bought 20 Loacker bars, 4 bars are expired and other 3 bars will expire in September 2023. I sent them 3 emails without a response till date. It seems i will complain to customer rights.Thank you for your bad service.

Don't buy from Aurora Importing. They changed my order after confirming it, without notice, reducing it to one bottle of olive oil and charged full price shipping. I've called and emailed Stefano in online orders and left messages but without call backs and they've ignored my emails. Poor customer support and communication especially with online ordering. I would have cancelled my order if they had notified me rather than pay for shipping for a bottle of oil that I can purchase locally.

I love this place! They have so many amazing products from Italy (and a few other countries), like cookies, chocolates, olive oils, breadsticks, dips, pickled veggies, etc. The prices are great, especially when items are on clearance.Definitely worth a visit!

Great store to buy stuff especially the panettones a bit disappointed with the product were are the creams in the middle hardly nothing I guess they forgot to put it.
