I have been with them for a little less than a year and all I can say is the staff are very responsive and helpful, even at time when I feared no one would help, yet they helped right away. I have been renting through Audom for several years. The appartment was clean and without problems before moving in and the personnel have been prompt at fixing any problems that have arisen (although there have not been many given the high quality of the building).
