Calgary Best Buy Furniture & Mattress

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I had a terrible experience with them and will NOT be ordering again!I placed my order for a sectional in the beginning of September, when placing the order the sales representative didn’t know what she was talking about and kept going back and for with almost all questions we had! They were very eager to make the sale and took our deposit. We were told it would take 4-6 weeks for our sectional to be delivered.6 weeks had gone by and we didn’t receive it. After almost 8 weeks and calling multiple times, getting hung up on and going into the store again I finally received my sectional DAMAGED. The velvet fabric was all scratched up and in bad shape! I refused to let it be and contacted their customer service. They had stated it would take 2-3 weeks to fix the manufactures defect. I had asked them to make the sectional larger since they were already having to fix issues with it. When they finally came yo pick up the sectional the delivery driver tried to state that this was not on them but on the manufacturer of the fabric and I waited an additional 8 weeks to get it back.When it was finally delivered 4 months later they had sent the completely wrong legs with the delivery guys. When I pointed this out they seemed to find it funny and laughed. The delivery was terrible and I had to wait an additional 4 days for the correct legs!The lack of communication between sales and customer service and delivery staff was terrible. They all seemed to blame each other for the mistakes made with our order and not take responsibility for the errors!IF YOU DON’T WANT TO DEAL WITH A HEADACHE AND HASSLE THEN I’D SUGGEST CHOOSING ANOTHER COMPANY TO ORDER FROM!!!!

They deceived me. They sent me a used order, and the sofa had dirt and an unpleasant smell. They told me that you will receive the order after three weeks, but I did not receive anything during that time, and I am waiting for three months. I advise all customers not to trust them.

Calgary Best Buy Furniture is my go-to store for all my furniture needs! The staff is incredibly helpful, especially Harpreet, who went above and beyond to assist me.My bedroom, living room, and dining room have been transformed into beautiful and comfortable spaces, thanks to the excellent furniture I found at this store.I am thrilled with my purchases and will definitely be returning to Calgary Best Buy Furniture for any future furniture needs.Highly recommended!

I and my wife ordered a bedroom set from them 2 months ago. All the pieces had LED lights which was the main reason to buy them. Their people came into the house installed everything and left very quickly without informing us(Very unprofessional). I suspected something is wrong. So, I went to the bedroom to check and found few LED lights were not working properly. One was with a damaged cord and three adapters were missing. Since then I am calling and emailing them to fix the issue. But they never showed up. Funny thing is, They call upfront to inform you that someone is coming tomorrow when they already know that no one is going. I wasted my 4-5 days on different dates waiting for their technician to visit our home. I am attaching pictures of the set and bill with this review.On Monday, I will be calling Service Alberta to file a complaint against them after giving them enough notice to refund and to pick up the set.I can not imagine any business providing this horrible service in Canada. Never ever buy anything from them.

Where do I even start? Ordered a custom bed and was told in store by the sales rep it can take up to 8 weeks. My bed was delivered 17 weeks later and still not exactly what was requested.I spoke to management after 13 weeks and 3 requests later- I was given the worst service where he played the blame game with his own staff and took zero accountability. I asked for a refund since my order was not completed and they declined. Keep in mind this was after 13 weeks of not receiving my order.I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Stay away if you like your sanity. Garbage service and not worth the headache. This place is a joke.

We made a orders for some sofas on Boxing Day 2022! And they were supposed arrive within 2-3 weeks! And now it’s been a long time 3 months I been waiting. And everytime I ask them about it they tell me oh this week or oh next week. I made an order for 3 sofas and only one was delivered and it was dirty. And I asked them to return it and give me a clean one and they wouldn’t. I highly recommend nobody come here. Terrible work ethic!!

I would not recommend this store to anyone. My furniture was delivered while damaged, I reached out to the store and they did not return any money or pay for damages. I wish i could give them zero stars. Save your $$$ and shop somewhere else.

Wow such a bad business people and quality of furniture received. Waited months after paying for the order and when received insttallation was very bad.Ordered a bed and they just put screws on the finished surface as there was a defect in the product. Very bad installation guys and bad furniture. Obviously screws broke after sometime and so did my $2000 bed. Will never recommend to anyone.

Liked the pricing and quality of mattress i bought. This is second time i bought mattress from them. Very Happy with service and got my delivery on time. They also called after delivery to check if anything went wrong.
