Went in to pick out a new mattress, Elliot was wonderful and knowledgeable about which brands would best suit my lifestyle. I was even able to price match my new mattress!! Wonderful experience through and through.

Great customer service; product not so much.. regardless of price the quality just isn’t there on the “Purple Hybrid Premier Mattress” $2,850.70” not even a year old. Warranty 120 days is gone so no return. Very disappointed in Sleep Country. Always review comments on everything you buy. This illustrates one edge of the mattress.

Went in to buy a cooling pillow. Guy talked my ear off about beds. Then sold me 2 pillows costing 500$ that are completely garbage at cooling. I had a 60$ cooling pillow that worked 10x better. Do not go here.

I bought a new mattress and frame. The frame bent. I called a hundred times they wouldn't warrantee it. My mattress with a 25 year warranty that's 3 years old has a busted spring. I sent in photos and called a bunch of times just to get the run around.they won't warranty anything they sell and make it impossible to try and get a warranty. Now I have to sleep on a busted mattress after spending lots of money on it. I wouldn't buy a pillowcase from these thieves.

Was a hassle to get my *Lifestyle adjustable base promotion.* had to call and complain i feel the 2-3 week wait is for people to forget. The salesman was nice but he didn’t answer all my questions when we were completing the sale. Happy with my bed base.

Elliot was very knowledgeable about all the products in the store. He was not pushy and made sure we were getting a product the fit our needs. Excelent customer service and would highly recommend going to see him if your looking for a new bed or pillows.
