I was extremely satisfied with both the price I was quoted and the quality of the shutters and service that was provided. Both Lisa and Donna were very professional and followed thru exactly what they said they were going to do with no surprises which seems to be very rare in the service industry today. Not only did they sell me new shutters but they took on the difficult task of fixing some of the older shutters which no one else cared to look at. We are extremely satisfied with the service and products Lisa provided!!We recently moved in our new townhouse in Mississauga and we were under strict budget to get all the windows covered with light filtering and blackout roller blinds. There was quite a story as we specifically wanted to have light filtering but with privacy feature for somehow we picked a nice colour tone but end up only light filtering. Not only Lisa was willing to solve our issue by providing brilliant ideas but also give us aggressive discount to help the cost under our budget. The end result for the living room blind was amazing that gives the best of both worlds. This service went way beyond my expectations. Punctual, precise, professional, polite and pleasant and very transparent. Not to mention very affordable. I needed cordless blinds that would not let direct sunshine in but kept my south facing living-room still light and bright.
