Went in there to find a suit for a wedding and potentially make a package deal for 4 people but the sales person that helped us was horrible. He started of by helping us but then left to go help not just 1 but other people. Also didn't even offer nor bring up any package deal that we could've potentially have for our group of people.Love tip top tailors but it's going downhill with some of the workers that you guys are hiring

Went in to buy some shirts and look at some pants for work in a business-casual setting. I wasn't entirely sure what I wanted, but Trevor was incredibly helpful and offered great advice and feedback. I probably spent 90 minutes trying things on, and settled on a couple of shirts and pairs of pants. Trevor's help was indispensable.

Will be the last suit, suit vest and 2 shirts I will purchase from Top Top. Service was at the best poor, inexperienced and uninformed, had to have the pants shipped in. Went back to have altered and paid for permanent pressing only 8$. Not the point they were more wrinkled than when dropped off, said they didn’t have time to steam them really…. Oh well they have lost a family as a customer.

Visited the store looking for a specific suit for my wedding I was pleasantly greeted by Russel. After telling what I was looking for he instinctively knew what I was looking for, assessed my size and found exactly what I was looking for. Everything fit perfectly!!I usually don’t post reviews, However Russel went above and beyond any customer service I have ever experienced before and will definitely be a huge asset in making me look my very best on my amazing wedding day.Thank you Russel

We had a great experience at tip top! Russell was super friendly and knowledgeable (and great at troubleshooting!). Especially after a bad experience at Moore’s, it was extra refreshing going to Tip Top and getting a great suit and great service!

The guys in the store were super friendly and helpful. The store was absolutely packed and they were able to get around to everyone to help them out. Trevor did a particularly good job of organizing the other guys in the store. This will definitely be my first choice for dress clothes in Peterborough going forward!
