Wild Dahlia Salon

I had a great experience on my first visit; however, I had made my second appointment months in advance when the salon cancelled my appointment with one weeks notice. The reason was a soccer game and the appointment they offered me was over six weeks away. I was very disappointed and decided to book with another salon. It wasn’t professional and I wouldn’t trust them to honour their commitments in the future. It is a great salon otherwise.

My first time in this Salon. HELENA is absolutely amazing! My hair was far to dark and she made my hair look more natural. Great job, very friendly, open to ideas,...Recommend her for sure!

Garnette is a great stylist who is excellent with curly hair. She has a winning personality. I love the effort she puts in to training new staff too!My curls have never ever looked so good!

The stylist was nice but that's about it. I hated my hair cut and stated that multiple times in the chair after the fact. She said to take a few days and if I wanted her to change it more she could. I said I hated it and didn't want her touching it anymore. They still made me pay for the service and no discount or refund. When I contacted them a month later still crying about how I look with my hair cut. They FOR THE FIRST TIME informed me of a 1 week time limit on dissatisfied customers and returns. Even though that day I stated repeatedly how much I hated it and left crying. Apparently that's not enough of a sign that someone is unhappy with the service. The best she would offer me day of was for her to cut it again in a few days. I would never trust them with my hair again. Why would that help the situation that's already bad because of them. Would highly recommend never going here.

Garnette is hands down the best hairdresser I have ever met. As a curly girl I have spent my whole life searching for a hairdresser that understood curly hair and I have found her!! The whole experience was fantastic, she was so kind and gentle with my hair, and taught me so much about how to care for and style my beautiful curls.10/10 would recommend!!!
