Dr Kilmartin is great and I am glad we finally had family doctor. The reception is nice as well. But please fix the bathroom soon.

Came in with a sinus infection as a walk in with no appointment. Staff was very helpful and kind. Got seen by a doctor right away and the whole process was done in 30 mins.

Been a patient here for a couple months now, reviews are literally not as bad as they seem. Lost my family doctor for a couple of years, and found this one, came in with an issue, and been casually getting help from them. Calling them they'll attend, never had an issue with that, nor email, just depends on when you call or email, and how busy they are. Colin, is great, based on what I've seen the doctors swap here often, which I hope Colin stays here long-term, as sometimes they'll be another doctor attending patients, which is a bit confusing, and akward. If they can also focus more time and prioritize family doctor patients, instead of stressing with all the one-time walk-ins and attending them all, think they'll be even greater, and have positive reviews, as I see it's a common issue, when I read other opinions and on talk in waiting room. Other than that, not that bad. Wait times, are decent, I've never had to book an appoitment, and just depends what time you walk-in. Sometimes, you'll get attended in less than 30 minutes, other times an hour or two, just depends. Hoping they stay this way.

I have visited here twice in the last two weeks. Both times the receptionists were nice and helpful and the doctors were generous ,kind, patient and looked after my condition. Also, the wait times were reasonable for the times I arrived there. First time was a 30 minute wait when I arrived about 330pm and a 5 minute wait the second time at 9am.

Made an appointment for the next morning and saw the doctor before my time slot! Quick pleasant and accurate diagnosis and the pharmacy was super quick too!

The receptionist and doctor I met are very kind and helpful. Unfortunately like most healthcare settings the wait times are very long. I’d recommend calling ahead of time to ask how long the wait is, and assume it’s longer than they say.

I got an appointment within 24 hours, I felt listened to by the doctor, I got the referral I needed, the reception knew how to navigate my appointment even though I didn't have all my OHIP paperwork in order and followed-up with me afterwards.

We were given bad information. We're looking for a new doctor as ours is retiring. Our gp said to check this place out. My wife called to book an appointment and asked if the place is accessible, as she has difficulty with stairs. She was told yes". So we went to meet the doctor. Both the front and back door have steps and can't be used by anyone with a walker or wheelchair. Never met the doctor. He might be great but we told them we could not use this place."

I called today 12/04/2023 at 4:00pm to speak to a receptionist who refused to provide here name. I was called derogatory names and slurs because I asked to see a doctor to refill my prescriptions for my migraines. The staff at this clinic are really unprofessional. You should not be responsible for human lives if you lack compassion and empathy. They laugh and joke around at the receptionist desk instead of doing their jobs. Very cruel individual I spoke to today.

This has been my go-to clinic lately because everyone has been friendly and helpful. However the wait time is usually really long even when I have an appointment, I waited almost 40 mins past my appointment time today. Also one of the receptionists and one of the doctors weren’t wearing masks which felt weird.
