Nearly three years ago we opened our very own business. Two years ago we sought a printer that could create the labels we not only needed, but a printer that had the capabilities of performing all of the functions we desired in our next printer (not just whatever was out there at that time flooding the market). One complication we faced, we also needed a printer that could create Sku numbers and barcodes for our very own products. We also needed this printer to be able to produce labels on demand, whether we needed a single product label or even several hundred at any given time. We needed options and all the while, proactively thinking ahead to our upcoming future business needs as we continued to grow our business.After contacting many representatives from within North America, we finally met Daniel G., our trusted guru at IBC Labels Montreal. Just like with any equipment purchase, there were some units that we discussed that were above our price range, some right in the financial ball-park and some that were well below our budget. Not once did we feel pushed into anything, we were simply shown what all possibilities existed for us. Unlike any other printer purchase; however, we found someone who listened to what we were asking for, who has continued to supply us with the Best Customer Service and has never tried to up-sell us on anything we do not need. To top it off, we had a few technical issues on our end in the beginning, having not been as tech-savy as most, but Daniel went above and beyond to ensure we weren’t without answers. He even walked us through scenarios through email and over the phone, too. Daniel G. even created a customized help sheet specifically for us as it pertained to our individual needs. He’s always been there for us and he checks in on us from time-to-time (that’s nearly unheard of today).Business has been great and we recently purchased an additional printer to keep up with the Holidays, as well as additional quality rolls of labels and back-up ribbons. We are just as pleased with our 2nd printer as we were with our first, if not more so. We continue to be satisfied with Daniel G. and IBC Labels Montreal. We’re HUGE fans. I’m giving them this 5 Star rating because they earned every bit of it, just as they continue to earn our business. My wife and I, we are customers for life.

Very happy with service provided and technical support to our team. We switched to the CAB label machine system five years ago and we are very happy with it. We no longer waste labels, but rather print as we produce only the amount of labels we need. We were able to customize the labels to include all the information we requested which includes barcodes, nutritionals, production date, produced by which staff, best before date, price, and our logo. We opted for the thermal black and white option because it was the most economical for us and we could vary the length of our labels. The staff have to just point with a gun on a preprinted barcode and indicate how many they want to print and it prints and cuts exactly what we want. The same roll can cut different lengths of labels, which is very convenient. Honestly, the initial learning curve is high, and it can be scary to learn how to navigate within the software, but the support and training that was provided was amazing. Highly recommend dealing with this company.

They helped us when we were in a bind. Our system stopped working and in less than 24 hours they sent over a rep and fixed everything so we can get back up and running.The products are reliable and the service is amazing! Highly recommend!
