I ordered Sterile water dated August 14, received a confirmation email the following day that my product will be processed 2-3 weeks. I made a follow up call with Amber Tucker (customer service) about 3 times for my order. After 4 weeks and 5 days, they sent and email that my product has no ETA. Thank you Vereburn for wasting my time. I should have listened my guts and not from a co-worker who recommended this place. Appalling!
