Dr. Elena Poulos - Medical & Cosmetic Dermatologist

I cannot speak highly enough about Dr. Poulos. I was referred to Dr. Poulos by my family doctor several years ago while struggling with teenage acne. Having seen other dermatologists previously, Dr. Poulos was a breath of fresh air. She is warm, genuine and compassionate. She is also incredible knowledgeable - my skin issues were completely resolved with her treatment and guidance. I continue to see Dr. Poulos to this day for other skin-related issues and know I'm in great hands under her care. She is the best! Thank you Dr. Poulos.

I highly recommend Dr. Poulos. She has been actively monitoring various skin issues for me for more than a few years, and she has earned my full confidence. Dr. Poulos' greatest strength, other than her medical knowledge, is her caring and supportive and empathetic approach to care. She takes her time, listens carefully and respectfully, and explains treatment options and paths fully. I much appreciate her friendly kindness and good careful care.

I don't write reviews often, and I thought a lot about this one and whether I should write it or not, but it's been months and I feel that it's only fair to tell the truth so people don't waste their time coming to this clinic.I asked my family doctor to refer me to Dr. Elena Poulos back in October 2021 and when they called Kingsway Dermatology they were advised that new patients will only be taken in the New Year.When my family doctor called back in the New Year, Kingsway Dermatology booked me for April 25th, which was almost 4 months away (ridiculous). I waited and was really excited because Dr. Poulos had great reviews, but checking now those reviews are from years ago. Maybe she is going through something, I don't know, but believe me she is not great anymore.Anyways, I waited MONTHS for this appointment and here is what happened: She was late, she spent MAX 7 minutes on my appointment and told me We can only address one concern today"

I had such a great experience with Dr. Elena Poulos, she was professional and very kind. She really took the time to listen to the issues that I’ve been having with my skin and also gave me some good tips and products that I can use. You can definitely tell she’s very experienced and patient, you won’t regret scheduling an appointment with Dr. Poulos

She does not care for her patients and is only concerned with profits. When I refused to buy her overpriced products, Dr poulis didn't want to see me as she didn't have the intellect to treat me. She doesn't deserve to be a doctor, let alone a dermatologist. She doesn't have the brains or intellect to treat dermatology cases. Then I see responses for her dissatisfied patients to contact Karen the office manager. Karen will not speak with you and no office manager will speak with you. I called and wanted to speak with the office manager and they refused to transfer my call to an office manager. These people are liars.

Dr. Poulos was amazing! She was a very caring physician and was extremely thoughtful. She made me feel so much more confident in my skin! Thank you Dr. Poulos for being such an amazing dermatologist.

Dr. Poulos is phenomenal. I’ve been seeing her for years for all my skin concerns, and am very pleased with how she’s handled all of them – large and small. She’s smart, extremely knowledgeable, and has a really warm, engaging manner that immediately puts you at ease. The clinic itself is beautiful, and the front desk staff is pleasant and courteous. Cosmetic services are also on offer, but that’s run separately and doesn’t come up in a medical visit unless you specifically ask about it. If you do, Dr. Poulos will offer sound advice. I’d recommend her in a heartbeat.

I saw Dr. Poulos for some bumps on my face that I have always wanted removed but just lived with because I believed the process would be painful. After communicating my fear, Dr. Poulos took extra care to give me something to numb the areas and took extra care to make me feel comfortable. She was sensitive to my needs and listened. The outcome is great!

Dr. Poulos is lovely! She is warm, professional, knowledgable, and never appears to be rushed. Her office staff is efficient and welcoming, too. I would not hesitate recommending Dr. Poulos. After my Mom received excellent care from her, I made sure I got a referral to her, too. No regrets.
