Newly renovated clinic and staff make this a great experience. Dr. Derek takes the time to understand my needs and explains the type of treatment applied. After several visits I was able to regain mobility of my shoulder and lower back. I recommend this clinic to all of my colleagues and friends.

Dr. Derek and the staff are so welcoming and helpful at this clinic. It's busy but very organized and safe. Dr. Derek has helped me gain optimal function with my back and shoulder. Have visited numerous chiros over 40 years. Went to see Dr. Rob on recommendation. This is 1 great chiro. Took care of back and nerve pain in my legs and also fixed my neck. Took a few visits but worth it. Stellar experience and highly recommend, nothing short of amazing.

Dr. Rob is the best chiropractor I have used. For 25 years he has helped me countless times getting back to functionality. He has helped me with mid and lower back issues, a chronic wrist problem and an occasional stiff neck. He explains what he is doing and why. He takes great care to make adjustments as painless as possible. The magazine rack is current and has something for everyone''s interest.

Great chiropractor! My wife has been able to function because of his help, where Physiotherapist in Oakbank was making the problem worse he helped her get better. Also I hear they are in the process of getting direct billing now. (Will give 5 stars when that happens,probably shortly)

Dr. Okabe has been treating me for chronic back and neck issues as a result of a workplace injury. He is extremely attentive with his treatments and constantly monitors my responses and makes adjustments as required. Professional and genuinely friendly staff, feels like my extended family.
