Sentinel Solar are an awful company. Their agents are arrogant and they take advantage of their customers. I also saw one of their trackers get destroyed in a wind storm. My opinion of their equipment is it is very cheap and that they use cheap components that save them money and charge a premium. Do not deal with them!

The Sales Rep I dealt with was knowledgable, prompt in response and insightful. He also caught an error that was my mistake in calculations and notified me prior to shipping. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Sentinel Solar used a shell corporation to mail pro-solar / anti-nuclear propaganda aimed at influencing election results. Not an ethical company. The shell company is 2325524 Ontario Inc and its principal officer is Adam Webb, the sales manager at Sentinel Solar.

they are terrible.... we bought a tracking system manufactured by them approx 4 years ago to do date it is still not working properly. the motor kept breaking down and not tracking thus we are losing income.daily phone calls only got us empty promise. i guess legal action will be the next step..
