I bought two different cars from Omer since last December(an Acura RDX and a Lexuse NX200t).He made both experiences very trouble free and was so accommodating with various requests re new tires,mats etc.I'll probably return when I am in the market for another car.

The buying experience at Twin Oaks auto was good, though I question the quality of the service they offer as I've had multiple issues with the 09 SI I purchased from them which I'll list:- Within the first month, I brought the car back due to some suspension noise. They passed it off as normal, but after bringing it to Honda and having a family member inspect it, both sources say my front suspension is in rough shape and likely was when I purchased the car.- Twin Oaks Auto did a full service on the front brakes of my SI when I purchased it. 3 months down the road my front brakes are very loud and need a complete machining and resurfacing - and I question the quality of the work done (if at all.) My previous car did not need brake work in the 40k I owned it, so I can confidently assume said issue is not due to my driving style.Lastly, when I brought the car back due to a loud noise which was a loose heat shield within two weeks, they simply clamped the old one back on. It has since worn out and I'm paying out of pocket for a new one.This is all within three months of ownership, and I feel that if I purchased this car certified from a Honda dealer these things would not have been an issue.

Dealt with RJ and sold us an excellent condition used Honda Odyssey. RJ by far has given us the best experience buying a vehicle new or used. He was helpful, upfront and honest. He was very easy to get a hold of even after the sale was made. He was friendly, understanding and very supportive. We will definitely be returning customers and also would whole heartedly recommend Twin Oaks Auto to anyone in the market for a vehicle.

Overall, my experience with Twin Oaks was most wonderful. Buying a used car can be a stressful process, but RJ and Omar went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy. They made the process of test-driving through purchasing low pressure and painless, while providing superior customer service. I was very particular about my expectations and they rose to the occasion. Additionally, they worked tirelessly for 2 months after delivery (for free) to figure out the issue with one of the window switches that failed shortly after purchase. I was happy with them when I first bought the car, but it was their consistently great service and attentiveness after purchase that was most impressive. They are not the kind of dealership that just takes your money and forgets you exist. They genuinely care about the happiness of their customers. They also have a great selection of high quality and luxury vehicles. Highly recommend.

We just purchased a 2015 Golf and it was by far the best and easiest car purchase process I have ever been through. Both Martin and Omar were great to deal with. They showed me the Car Proof right away, were open and fair in negotiating the price, and went above and beyond in terms of preparing and detailing the car, getting me a great deal on winter tires, and helping me secure an extra key. The car was ready when they said it would be, they had copies of all the paper work for me, and I was in and out of there in minutes not an hour+ like it often is at dealerships. They even both came out and saw me off. I would definitely buy from them again. Thanks guys, it was great dealing with you!

I bought an Audi A3 from twin oaks last October. There was some minor issues with the car in the first week which were quickly resolved by the guys. RJ was down to earth and honest. Car was detailed to perfection when I picked it up and is still running great.. couple check engine lights along the way but that’s to be expected with higher mileage. Check these guys out for sure, they take pride in good service.

I recently purchased a RAV4 from Twin Oaks and am very happy with both the car and the purchase experience. A couple of concerns noticed during the test drive were addressed to my complete satisfaction. I would confidently buy from Twin Oaks again. Michael Cook

My Experience with Twins Oaks was great . No hassle on pricing and overall good experience. They were upfront with 1 minor problem with my Mercedes e350 when I bought it. Mercedes bens also went over it and didn't even find the problem they mentioned to me. Twin Oaks fixed it at their own expense and left me a happy customer with what is now a absolutely mint e350. Been driving it for 6 months and it has been absolutely flawless. I will definitely buy my next vehicle from them and I will recommend them to friends and family based off of my great and enjoyable experience.
