I would not recommend the BRICk to anyone. Their furniture is nothing but junk. I purchased a coffee table and 2 end tables. When we first received all the pieces came in damaged. Then the next round the end tables were ok but the coffee table came in damaged. It took 8 times before we got a decent coffee table. After only a few months of having this coffee table the paint was chipping off. I called them and they agreed to order another one for me. Of course it came in damaged. Well they basically told me that they can’t satisfy me so that they were going to refund me my money and pick up all my tables. When you purchase something brand new you expect to have good quality furniture that is not damaged especially the price I paid for this. Definitely not impressed with the BRICK TIMMINS.

Went to The Brick to purchase a bed. We received great customer service from Anthony. He helped us find the perfect bed for us and worked with our budget. He was very accommodating and knowledgeable with the products. He went above and beyond to ensure the bed we were purchasing would fit into the house and even sent someone over to take measurements. He was very patient and gave us the time needed to make our decision. He was very friendly and easy going. Thank you Anthony.

Had a great experience! It was my first time doing this so I needed a little more guidance and explanation and Donna was absolutely wonderful! She talked everything through with me, making sure I understood everything. She was so lovely and personable. I will definitely be going back!

We went to the Brick (Timmins) to purchase a washing machine. Marc greeted us and helped us through the process of picking a machine that worked for us. He helped us compare machines on the floor as well as show us options available online. He clearly outlined warrantee options as well as pointed out features that matched what we were looking for. Our questions were all answered and we felt valued as customers.
