I can't say enough about how happy we are with Kim and all that she did to prepare us for the sale of our home. As a home inspector, I get to observe how realtors work with their clients. I get to see them counsel their clients in real time as they react to the good, bad, and ugly things I find while snooping around houses.I’m fortunate to deal with a lot of good realtors and Kim is definitely near the top of that list. I also see some not so great interactions, which makes working with Kim even more refreshing. She is always focused on the needs of her client, and demonstrates that the best interests of the client is paramount.
