Absolutely terrible customer service!I was getting xplornet hooked up and they put us through to DR Watts smart home & security for the install. After them not showing up the first time we called and xplornet apologized and rebooked us for the following week. The company called us and the lady was extremely rude and unprofessional. The day of the install Steve was very hard to get ahold of. He read my text but wouldn’t reply and both wouldn’t answer our calls. With the ok from the landlord he still didn’t even show up and didn’t even call us to let us know he wasn’t coming! So unprofessional. After two weeks without internet and the run around with this company we called xplornet again and they again they apologized for that company’s actions and sent a new company to do the job and now everything is great. I would never use them and recommend you check your options because they are not the only ones in town for installations.

I have been dealing with Leo for a couple years now. Solid honest advice and great products are what you get from him. Having bought equipment for a home stereo and separate home theatre I cannot recommend them enough. Red deers big box options don’t come close.
