Yoga Nation is the best yoga studio I have ever been to! It is the most welcoming environment with a huge variety of teachers and classes. It feels like my second home and I can’t get enough!!! I have attended classes there for over 5 years and during all 3 of my pregnancies. If you like hot yoga this is the place to be! Come try it out you won’t regret it, you will feel happy, healthy and comfortable! I can’t wait to get back into it after my delivery!

YogaNation is my absolute favourite place for Hot yoga. Such a great atmosphere and the instructors are all amazing. Great variety of classes to choose from for all levels!

Love that hot yoga and warm yoga are offered. Each instructor offers different yoga experiences. My only request is please keep shavasana time for meditation. Promote other programs/ offerings at the beginning of classes not at the end when we are relaxed and zoned out. Really appreciate the perks- champagne or wine after class on special occasions! Keep up the great atmosphere.

My experience since joining yoga nation in August of 2022 has been life changing! The changes I have experienced in both my physical and mental health have been blowing me away! I have fallen in love with my yoga journey and I can’t wait to see just where it will take me ❤️

Yoga Nation has a very calm, friendly, and welcoming atmosphere. I love visiting for yoga classes and always leave feeling uplifted. I can’t wait to visit the studio again soon!

I had the absolute best time attending classes here for 2 weeks in the winter while I was visiting my mom. This is absolutely one of my favourite yoga studios ever. The cool cloth at the end is an absolute dream. The energy and community vibes are immaculate. I will be visiting again this summer and can't wait to come back to these classes :)

My favorite place to go, I have advanced further than I ever thought I could here. Every instructor has added something valuable to my practice. Always a friendly welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend.

I had not been to Yoganation since it changed ownership a few years back. I decided to give it a try. I immediately felt welcomed coming into the space. Totally different vibe...in a good way! It was nice to see a good blend of ages, shapes, sizes and abilities. Candice clearly cares about creating that community feel. I love how she knows everyone's names and asks how your class was. There is a good blend of class types and times to suite all schedules. Classes available online too! I have been missing this feeling and this community and I am so glad I've found it here at Yoganation! I would definitely recommend this studio to anyone and everyone!
